The Seattle Kraken have put forward Devin Shore on waivers. Teams have 24 hours to claim him and his contract. If no team claims him, he will safely make it through to the Kraken’s AHL affiliate, the Coachella Valley Firebirds.
This suggests an imminent return for Pierre-Édouard Bellemare, who has not played since December 18 against Dallas after sustaining a lower-body injury. He has missed the last 16 games.
It looks like the Kraken are finally healthy again. Just over a week ago, the Kraken were severely hindered due to injury and illness. Now Bellemare is the last player on the roster on injured reserve and I expect that won’t be the case for much longer.
