Winning Images From Seattle Kraken’s Winning Homestand

Linesperson Ben O’Quinn: “What’s so funny, Jared?” Jared McCann: “That you don’t think I can find my way to the penalty box on my own.”

The Seattle Kraken made some great early-season memories last week, winning their first two games over Anaheim and Vegas at Climate Pledge Arena. Nothing preserves memories like snapshots, so here’s a bunch of keepsakes – mostly from our ace photog, Jenn Goldberg.

As always, the captions are my fault.

“Look, Tye Kartye… up in the sky. It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s a… puck!”

Overheard at the Kraken bench: “Hey, down in front!” “I can’t see the whiteboard.” “Shhhh. I’m trying to listen.” @Jennthulhu_Photos
As Mason Marchment can attest, you never forget your first yeet.

Caption choices for referee T. J. Luxmore:
** “I’m telling you, the fish I caught was THIS big.”
** “What I really wanted to be was a baseball umpire.”
** “No, I am not Ryker Evans wearing a striped shirt.”
