The Seattle Kraken schedule for the 2026 – 2027 season dropped today, and there’s plenty to see:
A few notables:
- This year marks an 84-game season, up from the previous 82-game season.
- In November, Seattle takes on Carolina in international play in Helsinki in the cozy confines of the famous Jokerit stadium. Enjoy the saunas and 7 hours of daylight, boys!
- The Divisional schedule for the Kraken is all over the place this season. The Kraken will clean out their games against the Flames before November really gets going, and don’t see the Kings until the ball drops on 2026.
- Otherwise, thanks to the increase in games, the Kraken will get to face all of their division rivals at least four times each, and other conference foes at least three times; alternating series of two homes and one away and two aways and one home.
- December and January both contain three back-to-backs, so keep an eye out for how they’ll handle load management and exhaustion.
- It’ll be fun conditioning wise as well, Well-Rested to Tired opponent ratio shakes out to 9 games against rested teams, and only 6 against tired ones; making them 21st in the league in this particular measure.
- The first home game is against Calgary on October 4th. The final home game is against Winnipeg on April 3rd.
