So yeah….Ryker Evans is out. That’s not fun.
So! Edmonton! They got Connor Ingram today. What did they get him for? Mind your business. Why did they do that? Because their goalies are Not Good™ but their forwards are top class.
Meanwhile, the Kraken must figure out who can best take up Ryker’s place, and one can imagine the defensive prospects like Ville Ottavainen will be getting some long looks. The Oilers will likely be bringing another lineup that’s got a mix of rookies and vets. They will need to put their best effort forward, because even if they aren’t perfect, they have a golden opportunity to show something special with the preseason coming to a close.
There’s so little preseason left. Let’s see what these guys can do.
