The Seattle Kraken’s record after 15 games in each of their first four seasons:
- 2021-22: 4-10-1
- 2022-23: 8-5-2
- 2023-24: 5-7-3
- 2024-25: 6-8-1
15 games is an admittedly arbitrary mile-marker. But pick any point from the start of Kraken seasons, and you’ll get a similar result. It’s no coincidence that the one year they started fast, they finished with a playoff berth.
