Daniel Sprong signs one year deal for $750k

As preseason is drawing to a close, Daniel Sprong’s PTO has gone exceptionally well, and the Kraken have both noticed and have chosen to reward him for his efforts, announcing they have given him a one year, two-way contract worth $750,000, close to the league minimum.

Sprong’s deal allows him to get called up from Coachella Valley without the risk of waivers, and if at the NHL level, has shown to be a perfectly cromulent player this preseason, so he’ll likely find playing time in the team’s depth. If not, Coachella Valley will be happy to have him.

Let’s all welcome Daniel Sprong back to The Deep!
