The Kraken announced today quite suddenly that Defender Brandon Montour will be placed on a temporary leave of absence, as he has a family matter that must be attended to. No further details have been given for respect of both him and the family.
With Montour absent tonight, it will fall on Cale Fleury to take his place. This will be Fleury’s first game of the season. Fleury previously played 14 games for the Kraken in 2024-25, and had 1 point; an assist.
