Like the Seattle Kraken, center Matty Beniers’ 2024-25 season got off to a sluggish start. 36 games into a new seven year, $50 million contract, Beniers had only scored four goals.
Over the season’s final 46 games, though, the 2023 Calder Trophy winner would score 16 more times, to finish with 20 on the season (a 38-goal pace over the full 82 games).
