While I know it’s a big ask for the Kraken, I would like for this to be a fairly urbane game of hockey. The last time the Knights and Kraken clashed early on in the season, it reared the ugly head of “Was it or was it not a Kick”, which is the dumbest possible way to start a season. Regardless! This will not just be a look at how the Kraken open Climate Pledge, but also a look at how they handle the Vegas Golden Knights, whose demise appears to have been greatly exaggerated because uh…yeah, they’ve been able to play high scoring games and low-scoring games and win in equal measure. They’re gonna be just as annoying as they were last year, and probably twice as desperate.
Will the Knights remain perfect? or will the Kraken drag these tin-can twerps back into the deep? We’ll find out at seven!
